About the position

We found out that companies are often struggling to find the right path or direction in becoming a data- and AI-driven business. Before we start any development, we want to help them to be sure that they set their goals and initiatives right.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients and help them set their data & AI efforts up for success, as well as a reliable partner for our development teams, supporting the execution and successful completion of data & AI projects, ensuring the business value has been delivered.

For candidates with strong leadership skills and aspirations, there is potential to build and lead a data & AI consulting team within Datamole.

Your responsibilities

Partnering with clients to understand their business objectives, data infrastructure, and analytics requirements.
Guiding clients through their entire journey of becoming a data-driven business by developing a comprehensive Data and AI strategy tailored to their unique needs, goals, and capabilities.
Defining project requirements, scope, and objectives in alignment with clients' goals and expectations, while validating hypotheses through data analyses or ML & AI prototypes to demonstrate potential solutions.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, data scientists, data and machine learning engineers or project leads, to ensure seamless implementation of data-driven solutions.
Mentoring and coaching junior team members to foster their growth and development.

You should have

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, data engineering, artificial intelligence, and machine learning
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.
Proficiency in the full stack of data and AI technologies, including programming languages such as Python, experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, knowledge of data processing tools and frameworks, and expertise in machine learning libraries and frameworks like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
