Project Manager for data & AI solutions - Prague

We’re looking for a Project Manager to become a liaison officer between our clients and our development team.

Intro about the position

This isn't about managing spreadsheets; we need someone with a robust technical background and a deep understanding of software development to become a proactive leader tackling challenges, proposing solutions, and effectively coordinating and supporting the team.

Your role

Grasp our customer's issues, as we hold that comprehension is key to problem-solving.
Decompose the issue into manageable and actionable tasks.
Collaborate with solution architects, technical leads, and other experts to conceptualize the solution.
Collect requirements and needs, prioritize them and manage the backlog of the development team to deliver the expected results.
Maximize the value of the project for our customer.
Oversee project management - including crafting roadmaps, monitoring timelines, and budgets.
Guide the team towards successful completion of the project.

You should have:

Strong technical background, at least a bachelor's degree from a technical university
Great communication and negotiation skills as you will be in daily touch with our customers and developers. Able to speak “tech language” with developers and translate it into a business language to non-technical peers and other stakeholders.
At least 1 year of experience in the area of project/product management
High degree of personal responsibility and organizational skills.

Understanding of business and technical processes within a tech company.
Proficiency in Czech and English.

Nice to have:

Hands-on experience in software development.
Previous experience with scalable web-based products, data heavy applications, and cloud solution architectures is a big plus.
Personal interest in the field of ML/AI.
