Senior Marketing Manager & Team Leader

We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager who will help us support our business and employer brands and lead a small marketing team of 3 people.

Your role

You will be responsible for creating reasonable marketing strategies and plans and helping your team deliver good outcomes. The main goal of your team will be to:

🚀 support our business brand
💻 develop our employer brand‍
🤝 help with internal communication‍

Your profile (must-haves):

great communication skills and ability to create strong team bonds
at least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing (ideally from the tech industry)
ability to switch from long-term strategic planning to short-term delivery
previous experience with leading a team
very good command of English and Czech/Slovak

Nice to have:

marketing experience from software companies
technical copywriting and an eye for design

Back-office team on everything related to internal communication
