Your role

Lead and support the Back Office Team consisting of 5 colleagues and be responsible for the team’s delivery
Lead by example, we expect you to be involved in daily operation of the office with a hands-on attitude (no hesitation if e.g. dishwasher needs to be unloaded)
Ensure the smooth daily operation of our office and plan for the future - meaning you love to make the office a joyful place to work (for both you and all the Datamoles :))
Develop a clear vision and long-term strategy for the Back Office - in cooperation with the whole team
Partner closely with the CEO - being a partner in crime in the daily challenges
Cultivate connections among our team members, organizing activities that enhance our company culture - activities that resonate with our unique culture, and you should understand what we enjoy the most 🙂
Be the dynamic force that gets things done

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in office administration and team leadership
Excellent communication skills and a hands-on mentality
Native Czech or Slovak speaker with strong English skills (written and spoken)
University degree, proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and GSuite

Think strategically and introduce innovative processes company-wide
Display creativity, a can-do attitude, and a willingness to go the extra mile
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Positive personality with a great sense of humour
